| SHIPPING INFORMATION:
1. Our shopping cart adds shipping charges per item to all orders - if we are shipping
more than one (1) item to the same address, we will REDUCE the actual
shipping
charges to TOTAL PACKAGE WEIGHT to save you money.
2. We use the best and fastest carrier to get the gift there on time. If you need
2-day air or next-day air or some other fast shipping, charges will be
adjusted
upwards for this extra service. |
| SECURED SHOPPING CART ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Please use the COMMENTS SECTION on the shopping cart to provide:
A. What you want said on the Gift Enclosure card if we are shipping to
gift Recipient
and name or names of gift sender.
( ex. - Happy 40th Birthday, Joe, from Deb,
Mike and all the gang)
B. The date of recipients birthday if time sensitive for shipping
(11/14/42). This helps us also confirm
age category of over the hill gift.
C. Anything else you feel is important to us to get the job done right!
D. We often have to contact you to get information left out
of the order
form. Please tell us in the COMMENTS SECTION OF THE ORDER
FORM

| OTHER FORMS OF PAYMENT:
1. We will gladly accept personal or business checks mailed to our address below.
Please remember we will need 2 weeks to allow check(s) to clear.

network for credit card orders, NO COD'S |
| RETURN POLICIES
You may return any item purchased within 30 days from receipt of purchase
for a full refund less shipping charges. Item (s) must be in the same
gift boxes that you received them in and must not be damaged in any
way. (Damage due to shipping will be handled by the Carrier. We
will assist you in dealing with the Carrier for processing claims due to
shipping damages.) Simply return the item (s) to us along with any
documentation enclosed with your package and any additional information we
may need to process your return and we will promptly refund your Credit
Card. Items that are received by you as a gift from someone else can
only be returned for Credit towards the purchase of any other item on our
web site (It would not be fair to the person who sent you the gift to refund
their generosity to you.) |

Card for all international orders. We ship US International Air Mail unless you
instruct us to use a different carrier. All orders billed in US dollars. |
